Notice about Tender of IT Equipments for MOCTCA

1. With regards to the notice, Contract Identification MOCTCA-05-IT/ITEQUIP /NCB, published on Gorkhapatara,

dated 26-01-2020 by MOCTCA hereby notified all the concerned that the contract MOCTCA-05-IT/ITEQUIP is non

responsive & Cancelled in accordance to the section of public procurement regulation 2064 84(3).

MoCTCA, Singha Darbar, Kathmandu Re- invites electronic Sealed Quotation from eligible bidders for the procurement of following items.

2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information MoCTCA, Singhadarbar, Kathmandu, Tel: 01-4211596 or may visit PPMO EGP system of http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Electronic Bidding Document for each contract identification number are available online and can be downloaded on or before FEB 20, 2020(2076/11/08 THURSDAY)from PPMO‟s website ttp://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, the Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder is required to deposit the non-refundable fee as mentioned for bidding document in the Revenue (Rajaswa) account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher must be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

5. Bid received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at MARCH 06, 2020 (2076/11/23 FRIDAY :3 PM).
6. If the last day for submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

7. Bid should comply in all respects with the Instructions to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Noncompliance with this instruction will result in disqualification.
